• WHAT'S THE MINIMUM ORDER?
  Minimum order is 100 picks or 50 pairs of sticks.

 

• CAN I ORDER JUST 1 PICK?
  No, see above. Besides, what happens if you were to lose that one pick?

 

• HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET PICKS/STICKS?
  Our standard leadtime runs about 4 to 5 weeks to ship.

 

• CAN I GET MY PICKS SOONER THAN 4 WEEKS?
  Depends on our workload at the time. If you need picks sooner than 4 weeks, give us a call and we'll see what we can do. Some expediting charges may apply.

 

• I ORDERED PICKS A WEEK AGO - HOW COME MY CREDIT CARD HASN'T BEEN CHARGED YET?
  We do not charge you credit card until picks ship (Approx. 4 to 5 weeks)

 

• HOW MUCH DO PICKS COST?
  We have our pricing online for up to 2,000 picks. Contact us for larger volume. See our price list. An example for cost on 100 single sided picks would be $30 for the picks, $25 for tooling and $10 for standard domestic shipping for a total of $65.00.

 

• HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
  We don't take online orders. Either call with credit card info or mail in check/money order.

 

• HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
  If artwork is involved it needs to be approved 1st then you can call or mail in your order. If it's just text, you can just call once you know what font you want.

 

• I TRIED USING A TEMPLATE TO CREATE MY ART BUT IT OPENNED UP REALLY BIG - IS THAT RIGHT?
  Yes, that is right. Templates are at 600 dpi and your computers monitor is displaying the image at 72 dpi. Please do not alter or attempt to resize templates.

 

• HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
  Standard Domestic shipments are shipped UPS Ground. International Shipments are shipped USPS Express Mail International.

 

• CAN I ORDER JUST BLANK PICKS?
  We don't sell blank picks other than THE PARTY PACK.

 

• WHY DO YOU ANSWER THE PHONE "WILMINGTON FIBRE"?
  No you didn't call the wrong number. We are Wilmington Fibre a manufaturing company that has been in business since 1904 - we've been offering picks online as PickWorld for almost a decade.

 

• WHY DOES MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT SHOW A CHARGE BY "WILMINGTON FIBRE"?

• DO YOU TAKE PAYPAL?
  Sorry, we do not take PayPal. Only Visa, Mastercard, check or money order.
