Placing an Order
We do not offer online ordering. We're taking it Old School and actually talking to our customers - imagine that. We have been looking at some options but find it better to be able to talk to our customers to get a better feel for what they want. Also in talking to our customers we can offer some suggestions to provide the best result.
To place an order you need to go through our website and determine what you want. What style pick? What color? What material? What thickness? Is there artwork or just text?
If there is artwork you need to submit art either via email or snail mail and get it approved before beginning the order process. You can view the artwork section of this site fo get a quick run though on how to provide your art.
If you're looking to get just text on the pick no need to email prior to placing your order but you do need to decide on what font you want and how you want the text layed out. Our artwork section will also help with laying out text. (list of fonts)
Once all the artwork/text has be taken care of you can give us a call to place your order with a credit card or you can mail in your order details with a check or money order - see below.
Credit Card Order: We accept Visa and Mastercard. Sorry, no Paypal, American Express or Discover. To place an order once artwork is approved call (888) 407-3451 or (302) 328-7525 or fax over your order (302) 328-6630
Check/Money Order: Mail a copy of your order details including any artwork or referencing any emails sent. Make payable to Wilmington Fibre and mail to PickWorld, c/o Wilmington Fibre, PO Box 192, New Castle, DE 19720 - please note that order will not be processed until we receive the check/money order - so delays in mailing payment will delay your order.
